The number one concern for most film makers is budget. Here’s a useful video for those wishing to make films but lack the financial means. It’s a mini documentary regarding the making of Panic Button. There are interviews with John Shackleton, David Shillitoe (producers) and their investors. Micro budget films are difficult to set up due to the financial circumstances regarding such projects. This interesting little documentary covers film investment and how to set up a film production company.
We have been on this course for a fair few months now. We know each other better than ever. Filming / Recording for the San Francisco app went absolutely brilliantly and everybody worked brilliantly together. It’s safe to say we are a formidable team. However I do miss this blog. He used a nice phrase in his Ted talk: [...]
The eight of pentacles is the apprenticeship card in Tarot and each of those pentacles are briefs – I’m on seven but Cupid Concept is floating away in the background. I had my cards read for the StoryWorld fringe brief as a way to research tarot as storytelling.
Well I started our main document on the Golfing App last night. I laid it out in Columns, with some boxes for people to input stuff. I also introduced Maggy the secretary, who we are going to force into retirement. And Frank, who has too many pieces of paper. Now I am arranging some Golf. [...]
